This brief serves as KAM Creative's current snapshot and guiding vision. Ki, Alan, and Michalina formed KAM Creative in early 2024, initially as a musical collective. Our ambitions have since grown, leading us to blend art, music, and technology. This expanded scope allows us to explore new ideas, develop innovative software, create original music and visual art, and produce distinctive artifacts that reflect our diverse talents.
Alanβs initiative to integrate AI for specific software development tasks and to improve our collective's management has been instrumental in this growth. This document outlines our ongoing projects, highlights individual contributions, and sets forth our aims for the future.

Founding Member
Ki is the main conceptualist for software like "Fresh Page" (initially for his own work) and "Deeper."
Music: Multi-instrumentalist (keys, guitar, bass, drums, vocals), composer, and arranger.
Visual Arts: Painting, contributing a unique visual style to KAM Creative's work.

Founding Member
Alan introduced AI to KAM Creative, leading software development and research. He uses AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Cursor IDE) for engineering, problem-solving, and efficient collective management.
Music: Engineer/mixer, vocalist, piano/keys.
Inspired by part-time IT work, he continually develops his AI skills to support the collective's goals.

Pre-Release
Concept: A Windows tray utility conceived by Ki to streamline workflows by launching pre-configured application sets with one click, enhancing personal productivity.
Status: Finalising bug-fixes, refining the application, and continuing feature development.
Critical Task: Research Microsoft publisher registration and ensure the executable is not flagged as unsafe by security software. Feature development continues alongside this.
Development Note: Alan's AI expertise significantly accelerated development through AI-assisted research, coding, and debugging.
Potential Enhancements: Default presets (e.g., Office 365, creative work), improved Windows startup integration (automatic preset launch, full startup application management).

Conceptual Stage
Concept: An advanced AI application using Google's "Gem" customizable AI bot technology. This prompt-based tool aims to help users achieve profound self-exploration by offering simultaneous, varied perspectives from diverse psychological and philosophical schools.
Origin: Conceptualized by Ki, recognizing its potential for personal growth and healthcare.
Potential Applications: Personal growth, creative brainstorming, academic exploration, and possibly healthcare.

Process: Ki, Alan, and Michalina collaboratively develop original music. Ki and Michalina often lead composition and arrangement, while Alan contributes to engineering, mixing, and musical input.
Status: Several original pieces are in development and currently unreleased.
Performance & Release: Plans include sharing music mainly through established streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) and potentially via livestreamed video or live audio. Traditional gigging is not a primary focus, but live performances are possible once more established.

Effective AI implementation, incorporating tools such as Gemini, Claude, and the Cursor IDE, is key to our efficiency. Alan directs our AI strategy for software development and administrative functions. His approach emphasizes clear and precise prompting, iterative refinement of AI outputs, and a continuous effort to deepen his expertise with these evolving tools. This ensures we maximize their benefit to KAM Creative, enabling us to innovate and create more effectively.
Strategic Goals & Future Vision (Next 12-24 Months) π
Looking ahead, KAM Creative has set ambitious yet achievable goals for the next 12-24 months. These objectives are designed to build upon our current momentum, expand our creative output, and establish a stronger presence.
- Prepare "Fresh Page" for a Safe Launch: Complete necessary features, thoroughly address any executable safety/flagging concerns (including research into Microsoft publisher status), polish the user experience, and publicly release "Fresh Page".
- Develop "Deeper": Transition "Deeper" from its conceptual stage to a working prototype. This includes beginning foundational work on the AI model's knowledge base and conversational design, leveraging Google's Gem technology.
- Release Original Music: Finalize the production of our initial musical tracks and distribute them on selected streaming platforms. We will also explore releases through live streamed events.
- Establish Online Presence: Design, develop, and launch the official KAM Creative website. This site will serve as our central hub, showcasing our portfolio across software, music, art, and video projects.
- Produce Music Videos: Create and release our first music videos to accompany and enhance our original songs.
- Explore Synergies: Actively and continuously seek innovative ways to combine our diverse talents. Examples include using original artwork for album covers, integrating visual themes into software user interfaces, or developing interactive musical experiences.
